Weekend Program Coordinator

Institute for Spiritual Leadership Weekend Program Coordinator Job Desription

 Purpose
 
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Institute for Spiritual Leadership’s Weekend Program for a two year commitment beginning June 2010 and ending May 2012.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  1. Hire staff in collaboration with the Institute’s Program Director.
  2. Perform necessary administrative tasks (preparing informational materials, individual supervisor packets, and program handouts; collecting payments and keeping program records).
  3. Be available as a liaison between staff and participants in order to assure cohesion, continuity, and communication.
  4. Work directly with interns.
  5. Assist in recruiting and marketing.
  6. Conduct staff meetings four times a year.
  7. Attend an All Programs staff meeting once a year.
  8. Reports to the Institute’s Co-Directors.
  9. Be present on-site during all scheduled events of the program.
 
Qualifications
 
Must be a graduate from a spiritual direction program with a strong experiential component and possess good personal relational skills.
 
Salary
 
$5,000 per year
